Sebastian Milano has launched its spring 2024 collection inspired largely by Jamaican singer-songwriter and model Grace Jones. The luxury footwear brand, based in Italy, aims to create shoes that exude elegance while prioritizing comfort.
Dori Hazan, Sebastian Milano’s creative director, explained in a statement how this collection pushes the boundaries with what is considered traditional footwear.
“As a shoe designer, I create kicks for the thrill seekers. I am very proud to say that I have joined a brand that stands for innovation. The brand offers a range of shoes from sizes 35-44, therefore provides an opportunity for everyone to express their femininity. With that being said one of my goals is shading light on diversity design and to create footwear that are pushing conversations about gender expression and fluidity in fashion.”
