Pursuant to article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679

This policy governs the processing of personal data carried out by AF STUDIO S.R.L., in accordance with current data protection regulations, in particular, EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR")

The Data Controller may be contacted for any information or request regarding such processing.

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the following information is communicated:

 

PROCESSING METHODS: the processing of personal data will consist of the operations provided for by art. 4 no. 2 of the GDPR, namely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. The processing may take place in paper and/or digital form.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING: pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter c of EU Regulation 2016/679, the Data Controller uses the data collected for the purposes indicated below, in addition to any additional and possible legal obligation.

In particular:

• membership in the Community of Sebastian Milano: the subscription to the Community has direct marketing purposes; by way of example, sending with automated contact methods (such as sms, whats app, e-mail, social networks, instant messaging apps, push notifications) of promotional and commercial communications relating to services/products offered or reporting of company events, as well as detecting the degree of customer satisfaction, carrying out market surveys and statistical analysis.

LEGAL BASIS: art. 6, par. 1, letter a), consent of the interested party; art. 6, par. 1, letter b) execution of the contract; art. 6, par. 1, letter c) legal obligation;

DURATION OF THE RETENTION PERIOD: in case of consent, the data will be kept until the revocation of the interested party.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: the data may be communicated to the subjects provided for by the contractual regulations and by the subjects provided for by the applicable laws. In particular:

• companies offering e-mail services;
• companies which offer services for the fulfilment of the purposes indicated in this policy (media agencies, IT suppliers...)

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED: common user contact details (name, surname, e-mail address).

DATA TRANSFER ABROAD OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: the Data Controller carries out data transfer in countries belonging to the EU and may carry out data transfer in non-EU countries or International Organizations. In case of transfer, the data will be transferred according to Art. 44 (General principle for transfer), Art. 45 (Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision), Art. 46 (Transfer subject to adequate guarantees). Specifically, the data may be transferred to third countries or international organizations for which the Commission has intervened with an adequacy assessment (Article 45 of EU Reg. REG 2016/679).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party is informed that pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the same may exercise the rights of access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, opposition and limitation of processing in addition to the right to data portability.

The interested party or his representative has the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the competent Supervisory Authority, if they find a violation of the GDPR, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended and supplemented or other regulations concerning the protection of personal data.

The interested party is informed that for the definition of the contract it is necessary that he provides the personal data to which the information is subject.

METHODS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE OWNER: the interested party can exercise their rights and contact the Data Controller by sending an email to: request@sebastianmilano.com or revoke the consent by clicking on the appropriate button present in each email arrived at their email address.
