- Delivery Area: We currently offer shipping within Italy and across Europe.
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days.

Returns
Should you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 working days from the date on which the purchased item(s) were delivered.
Step 1 – Initiating a Return
- For registered customers:
Please log in to your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to your order history to begin the return process. - For guest customers:
Kindly contact us at support@sebastianmilano.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return (e.g. sizing issue, item not as expected, change of mind, etc.).
Step 2 – Submitting the Return Request
- If you are logged into your account:
- Locate the relevant order.
- Click the Return button to proceed.
Step 3 – Return Request Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation email from request@sebastianmilano.com, confirming that your return request has been successfully submitted.
- Once your request has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a second email confirming that your return has been approved.
- This email will include an option to print the return label.
Step 4 – Preparing the Return Shipment
- Kindly place the item(s) in their original packaging, affix the return label to the box, and drop off the parcel at one of the courier’s designated service points.
Step 5 – Inspection and Refund
- Upon arrival at our headquarters in Parma, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your return has been received and is currently undergoing quality control.
- Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, a final confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
- The refund amount will be reduced by the return shipping cost, which will not be reimbursed. If you would like to know the exact shipping amount that will be deducted, please contact our Customer Service team at support@sebastianmilano.com.
