Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. Relative amounts are to be paid to the courier upon delivery in accordance to their indications.


Standard: 3-5 business days

Abroad: 5-7 business days


Sebastian Milano is not responsible for any delays caused by customs operations and controls or force majeure events.

Delivery times are expressed in business days, that is Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.


Requests to return items can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery by following the instructions below.

Please note that items that are not the right size or are damaged, defective or wrong items can be replaced.

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount, issued after receipt of returned items.


  • Complete the returns form indicating: the order number, the items to be returned, the reason for the return.
  • The request is processed by our Customer Service.
  • When the return request is accepted, you will receive a prepaid label to apply to the package for collection.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse and all the details to proceed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact with the original labels and properly packed in its original packaging.

When the returned items arrive in our warehouses, they will be checked to verify that they have been returned intact. If that is not the case, the customer will be charged for any reduction in the asset’s value, reimbursing you only the residual value of the item.
