Shipping & Returns Policy 
Orders are processed from Monday-Friday, between 9:30AM and 5:30PM.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the next business day.

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

If you reside in a country that is not currently within our shipping zones, please feel free to email us at support@sebastianmilano.com to request a shipping quote to your location.

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The amount due must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated by the courier itself.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard: 2–5 business days
Ex UE: 5–7 business days

Sebastian Milano is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures or force majeure.
Delivery times are expressed in business days, meaning Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
